SANDAKAN: The Sabah Government will be allocating about RM48 million to non-Muslim bodies, vernacular schools and private schools in the state this year – the highest for the purpose to date.

Political Secretary to Chief Minister Datuk Dr Roland Chia Ming Chen (pic) said the increase in allocation from last year’s RM42.9 million shows that the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah government led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor truly cares about the other development of the Chinese as well as the non-Muslim community in the state.
