Liverpool have turned down a £7 million transfer bid for centre-back Nat Phillips.
The Reds have received the offer from an unnamed Premier League club, per the Daily Mail.
However, the offer was swiftly turned down, despite Phillips being way down the pecking order at the Anfield club this term.
Jurgen Klopp is willing to part with the defender, but they want a significantly higher fee.
No deal is possible at the current price, as the Reds will hold out for £15 million.
