TAWAU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) here seized 100 Nibong logs found floating (pic) in Sg Inderasabah at 8.30pm on Saturday.
It is believed the logs were smuggled in from a neighbouring country, according to Nibong Tawau MMEA Director Siva Kumar Vengadasalam. The logs were discovered during an Ops Sejahtera patrol in Inderasabah waters, he said.
