Sassuolo coach Alessio Dionisi found plenty of positives after their Coppa Italia defeat to Juventús.
Dionis felt they showed the right attitude on the night.
“It's a pity, but I am happy with the performance, especially after recent outings. We deserved more in the first half, in the second the stadium on their side and their quality pushed us back into our own half," Dionisi told Sport Mediaset.
“I thought 1-1 was the fair result and it would've been good to fight it out in extra time, but we made some mistakes on their goal.
“We had come here to play our game. We had to make some changes, as Berardi and Traore have to play the next game at the weekend, but we would've been happy to play extra time and I feel we'd have deserved it too.
“Juve deserve credit for pushing so hard to the end and they made the most of a ricochet."
