The personal coach of Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi says Olympique Marseille boss Jorge Sampaoli has been good for him.
Guendouzi has broken into the France team this season during his OM loan.
The player's personal coach Serge Costa told L'Equipe: "In the last third of the pitch, Sampaoli gives the players the freedom to express their talent.
"It did Mattéo a lot of good, because he was a little restrained in the past at this level. He has great principles, especially defensive, moreover.
"But offensively, it's not just tactics, there is an energetic, emotional side, which pushes the players to try."
