Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw wants to focus on the positives from their 4-2 loss to Manchester United.
The Elland Road club were unable to secure a point or win against their bitter rivals in front of their fans on Sunday in the Premier League.
Man United roared to a 2-0 lead, before Leeds made it 2-2 shortly after half-time.
The Red Devils went on to win the game 4-2, with Leeds not able to mount another fightback.
Forshaw told LUTV: "It was intense, the conditions weren't great but we gave ourselves a fighting chance coming out second-half and we really rallied. But unfortunately it wasn't to be in the end.
"We had quality off the bench with the lads who came on, they really added something and we stuck at it. We knew even if it went to the last 10 minutes with a two-goal decifit, we were still in the game. We proved that we could score two in quick succession, but unfortunately it was just tired legs at the end."
"It's too raw after a game to analyse, but they've got world-class players everybody knows that. Like you said, we showed a lot of fight and can take a lot of confidence from it."
