SANDAKAN: The Marine Police Force (PPM) seized various items without permit worth RM74,465 in the waters of Pulau Bai, Sandakan, on Friday.
The Commanding Officer of the Sandakan PPM Operations Headquarters, Deputy Superintendent Rusdin Banin said the team detained and inspected a cargo ship manned by a Filipino man who anchored in the area.
