PENAMPANG: United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) Vice-President Datuk Ewon Benedick said the State Government must learn from Sabah’s history, particularly when it comes to making agreements, to ensure the Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) is not another Petroleum Development Act agreement in the making.
He said this after a Special Briefing Programme on the Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) held at the Pacos Training Center on Monday.
