Kota Kinabalu: DAP’s Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin said credit for the five-time increase in the annual grants for Sabah should go to the brave 14th General Election (GE14) voters.
He was referring to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili’s announcement that Sabah will be receiving an “almost five-time increase” in annual grants under Article 112D of the Malaysian Federal Constitution.
