BEAUFORT: A 50-year-old fisherman here, Hassan @ Duraman, is facing difficulties earning a living and is in need of a Hardcore Poor Housing Project (PPRT) home.
Hassan lives in a dilapidated house for over 20 years and is constantly in fear that the house would collapse due to strong winds.
