Kota Kinabalu: Sabah saw record 4,107 new Covid-19 cases today with daily caseloads projected to go even higher, said spokesman for the crisis Datuk Masidi Manjun.
"Another record 4,107 new cases (+746) today!" Masidi announced on Twitter.
"High percentage of symptomatic cases (54.83%) can only push the number even higher in coming days.
"KK with massive 1,229 cases (+447) + 10 districts with 3-digit cases."
A total of 4,093 or 99.66 percent of the new cases were asymptomatic of light infections, he said.
"Avoid crowded places," Masidi advised.
