TikTok user, @asyboi, got the shock of his life following a brief ordeal at a bank in Kuala Lumpur.
In a viral video posted on the video-sharing platform, the man was withdrawing money at the ATM when he realized the automated shutters had suddenly closed in on him, trapping him inside!
As the ATM was taking its sweet time to dispense his card and money, he wasn't able to exit earlier.
In sheer panic, he attempted to find an alternate exit, before contacting the bank for assistance. Moments later, he finally managed to get out after accessing the internal door exit release button.
Following the ordeal, he urged viewers to avoid late night runs to the bank, in fear of sharing a similar fate.
