Former PSG defender Sylvain Armand is sorry Carlo Ancelotti left the club.
Ancelotti will lead Real Madrid against PSG in their Champions League round of 16 clash.
"Carlo did not participate in training, except on Wednesdays before the big games and it was for tactical reasons," recalled Armands.
"If PSG had kept Carlo, they would surely have won the Champions League by now.
"When he says that the French are not trying hard enough, he expected a reaction from them. Today everyone agrees that he was right. Maxwell or Motta spent whole days at the Camp des Loges and we arrived at 10 and left at 1. These things that Ancelotti and Leonardo started in Paris spread to all the clubs in France."
