Declan Rice has hinted he could leave West Ham United if the club are challenging for trophies.
The England international is one of the Premier League's best midfielders
In an interview with Gary Neville for The Overlap podcast, Rice laid out his ambitions. "I've always said it, I don't want to have a career where I've won nothing.
"I've grown up as a kid seeing all these top players win the big trophies, Premier League and Champions League.
"As a football fan and player I want to win the best stuff, I want to win the Premier League and lift that trophy, I want to win the Champions League and I want to win the FA Cup, League Cup, stuff with England. I want to win it all. As a footballer, if you've not got that ambition, why are you playing?
"I want to have those experiences of winning trophies and being the best I can be."
When asked if West Ham could have their best players poached, Rice said: "You're constantly reading stuff about myself, [Jarrod] Bowen and [Manuel] Lanzini, constantly reading stuff about players.
"If you're performing well and there are big clubs around, there is always going to be stuff circling, but I never read too much into it or believe anything until something actually happens.
"For me, it is just all noise and I've got to stay focused on what I do for West Ham — which is to perform week in, week out and try and be the best player, because that is what I want to be."
