Suning have already resisted takeover attempts for Inter over the past six months.
Now, with a recent €415 million bond issued to refinance the club's debt, and the work that has been done with the loan from Oaktree Capital since the summer, the club can guarantee liquidity for the next two seasons.
However, they remain open to fresh investment - but only in terms of minority shareholding.
