Sabah's new cases fall below 2,000 mark to 1,778

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's daily caseload fell below the 2,000 level to 1,778 today, said spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.

"Only three districts with three-digit cases, KK 511 (-166), P’pang 206 (+7) & Tuaran 168 (+23); two-digit cases in 21 districts," Masidi announced on Twitter.

"The percentage of symptomatic cases via sporadic infection at 64.47."

98.14 percent of the new cases were asymptomatic or light infections, he added.
