Kota Kinabalu: After a three-year wait, the State Library finally welcomed the public into its diamond-shaped branch at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) earlier this week.
State Library Director Hajah Fatimah Abdillah said the soft-opening of the agency’s latest premises on Thursday was one for the history books.
