
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's new Covid-19 cases dropped to 1,216 today, a slight change from yesterday, with Penampang having the highest sporadic infection rate in the state according to spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.
"Little change today, 1,216 cases (-19)," Masidi announced on Twitter.
"Top five districts: KK 284 (-68), P’pang 137 (+9), Papar 110 (-31), Tuaran 82 (-35), K’gau 75 (+31).
"Percentage of sporadic infection 64.06% (Sabah), KK 67.25%, P’pang 81.75%, & Papar 65.5%. Increased new cases in 15 districts."
98.60 percent I today's new cases were asymptomatic or light infections, added Masidi.
