Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports City have agreed with Atlético Mineiro a fee of €6.5m plus bonuses. The documents will be signed shortly.
Sávio is expected to join the English giants when the transfer window opens in July.
The 17 year-old has made 23 first team appearances for Atletico Mineiro.
