Vocal activist Adam Adli to contest for PKR Youth chief post

SHAH ALAM - Youth activist Adam Adli will be contesting for the PKR Youth chief's post in the party's May elections.In a Tweet, he said lawyer Kamil Munim will contest for the Youth deputy chief’s post."I would like to confirm I will be contesting for the PKR Youth chief post under Seangkatan," he said.He further said his team under Seangkatan would consist of three vice-chief youth candidates and 20 exco members. Former student activist Fahmi Zainol has also said he will be contesting for the Youth chief’s post.So far PKR organising secretary Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad has confirmed that he will be contesting for party vice-president post. Others said to eye for the post are Permatang Pauh MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and former Kapar MP G Manivanan.PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution will be contesting against vice president Rafizi Ramli who has confirmed to contest the number 2 post, which was left vacant by Datuk Seri Azmin Ali after leaving PKR for Bersatu in Feb 2020.
