Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has likened manager Steven Gerrard to Arsene Wenger.
Martinez was signed by Wenger for Arsenal.
He told Sky Sports: "He is very quiet, very calm. But when he talks, we listen, and it is very difficult to succeed.
"He reminds me a little of Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
"When he (Gerrard) talks and when he gives us the match plan, he is really ahead and we know exactly what we are going to do. When it comes from him, we listen."
