Kota Kinabalu: The remaining 19 work packages under Phase One of the Pan Borneo Highway Project have recently been approved by the Federal Government, said Works Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin.
The Deputy Chief Minister said the packages span a total of 367km and are expected to be completed within five years.
