TAWAU: The Government needs to have a specific plan to protect squatters because they cannot be allowed to continue living in an area for over 20 years, said Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.
The Parti Warisan President said the time has come for squatter settlements to not exist in the country anymore and the people should be assured of living in permanent settlements.
