Manchester United attacker Jesse Lingard will leave in the summer on a free transfer.

The Red Devils' academy product excelled on loan at West Ham United in the second half of last season.

However, Lingard returned to United in the summer, and has barely featured this term under both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Lingard is eager to move on in the off-season, and sign for a team where he can play regularly.

However, he will remain 'respectful and professional' to United for the remainder of this season, considering his affection for the club.
