Italian entrepreneur Michele Angelo Verna has declared Pep Guardiola is set to move to the USA.
Verna, who works between the US and Canada, is insisting the Manchester City manager will move to their MLS sister club New York City FC.
He told TMW Radio: "Here everyone says that in two years Guardiola will become the new coach of New York City FC, a team that already plays as he wants.
"His arrival would really help to raise the level of the championship.
