Manchester United are working hard on planning for next season.

The Red Devils are not going to win a trophy this season, with interim coach Ralf Rangnick not in consideration for the permanent job.

Ajax coach Erik ten Hag has been interviewed by United this, as reported by multiple outlets in Britian.

They are also interviewing other candidates, with those thought to include Mauricio Pochettino and Julien Lopetegui.

Besides the managerial uncertainty, the United brass have identified where they want to improve in the summer.

According to the Telegraph, the Premier League giants want to secure two midfielders and a striker in the summer.

The likes of Paul Pogba, Edinson Cavani, Jesse Lingard, and Juan Mata are expected to leave this summer, while Mason Greenwood's future is extremely uncertain as well.
