Southampton wing-back Tino Livaremento says his knee is fine after featuring for England U21s.
The 19-year-old right-back completed 90 minutes in England U21's 4-1 victory over Andorra at Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium.
Livramento provided two assists in a strong showing, during his fourth cap for Lee Carsley's Young Lions side.
Livramento responded: “Yeah, it (the injury) came at quite a difficult time on Boxing Day.
“In a weird way it was a time for me to understand, sit back and see what I've done. Southampton have been brilliant with my recovery and I've got to a point where I'm comfortable playing with a slight injury.
“It's just going to get better over time, I know that. It's more down to myself to let the team know when I'm feeling 100 per cent or when I need to sit inside for a few days and let the swelling go."
He continued: “Right now this is the best I've felt and I feel like that's the main thing, as long as I see improvement from now to the end of season that's the main thing for me.
“I want to be playing games."
