Kota Kinabalu: A 26-year-old satay seller was sentenced to eight months’ jail, Monday, for threatening to kill his mother last year.
Senior Assistant Registrar Tiong Wen Wen, who sat as a magistrate, meted out the sentence to Kamarul Ain Jiran after he pleaded guilty to committing the offence against one Nurul Norasyikin Abdullah, 57, at 4.30pm on Oct 29, 2021 at a house in Kg Likas, here.
