Kota Kinabalu: The State Government should be strict and must be cautious when transferring ownership of State lands or gazetting them for Federal departments and agencies to realise Federal development projects.
Limbahau Assemblyman Datuk Juil Nuatim said it is imperative to protect the State’s land banks so that it would not be at the losing side when no funding is channelled to accomplish the projects.
