Manchester United veteran Nemanja Matic has backed caretaker manager Ralf Rangnick.
Rangnick has come in for criticism with United showing few signs of improvement since the German took over from sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in November, but Matic defended his boss and team-mates.
"He [Rangnick] is trying his best and we are trying to follow his ideas," the 33-year-old Serbian told talkSPORT.
"Only at the end of the season, when we see the table and see where we are, then we can speak more about this.
"At the moment, what I can say is that Ralf and his staff, and us as players, are doing our best."
