Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi says consistency on a personal and collective level will now be the focus after their 1-0 win over Newcastle United on Thursday.
While Iwobi's clinical late strike deservedly grabbed the headlines, the Nigeria international put in the hard yards, too.
Reflecting on his match-winning contribution, Iwobi told evertontv: "I can't describe it. The scenes have been crazy - you saw the fans and the atmosphere in the changing room... Some people are still in there now not able to leave, like, Seamus is still in there!
"Everyone is enjoying the moment and it's a great feeling.
"It shows the mentality that we have that we want to fight for the fans but also prove to ourselves [that we could go on to win with 10 men]. The red card decision was harsh but we still managed to get the result we needed.
"[For the goal] I just knew I had to stay composed. It was on my weaker foot. I had to make sure I beat the keeper, which I was able to do and get the goal.
"I ran to the wrong side [to celebrate]! I wish I'd ran the other way - but it was still a great feeling.
"I can still hear them and feel them.
"It felt like they were on the pitch with me. It was an amazing feeling.
"We have to take this result forward and use it to know that we're able to do it, even with 10 men.
"We showed that fighting spirit, now we have to continue it for the rest of the season."
