KENINGAU: A total of 113 dilapidated schools have been entrusted to the Federal Public Works Department (PWD) and State PWD as implementing agencies by the Education Ministry with a total cost of upgrading projects of RM1.02 billion.
Federal Deputy Works Minister, Datuk Arthur Joseph Kurup said of the total, six projects were in the handover phase, 58 projects in the construction phase, three in the procurement phase and the rest in the design, planning and pre-planning phases.
