Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard was snappy after defeat at home to Arsenal on Saturday.
Gerrard was in no mood to have his buttons pushed during his post-match interview following Aston Villa's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday.
The former Liverpool skipper had fire in his eyes as Des Kelly asked him a few questions about the game, but managed to keep his cool, despite criticising the BT Sport reporter's conduct.
After Gerrard spoke about wanting his team to be more aggressive, Kelly told him: "You sound aggressive in this interview."
"I'll tell you what I am. I'm emotional, I care, I don't like getting beat and I actually thought your questions would be a little bit better in all honesty," Gerrard responded.
"No disrespect, nothing personal, but you've just said there's a gap, we know that, and you've said we had one shot on target, that's how I described the game."
"We both agree then," Kelly replied, at which point Gerrard wrapped things up, saying: "Cheers Des, all the best fella."
There was handshake, a couple of smiles and even a wink from Gerrard as he left, suggesting that there were no hard feelings.
