Newcastle United star Joelinton admits it would be a dream if he were to play for Brazil in the World Cup.
The forward, who has played often in midfield this season, is now joined by countryman Bruno Guimaraes at the club.
The latter is a January signing from Lyon, and Joelinton believes it would be incredible if both were to get in the Brazil squad for the 2022 World Cup in December.
He told i News: "It's a dream. Every player dreams to play for their country and I'm no different.
"I know if I do right here I have a chance. I need to keep going, keep my feet on the ground and work for the team. If I do that my time will come."
