Kota Kinabalu: THE State Rural Development Ministry has raised the issue of material price increase for the construction of the Hardcore Poor Housing Programme (PPRT) to its Federal counterpart.
State Rural Development Minister Datuk Jahid Jahim noted that the material prices are rising.
