Former Manchester United forward Dimitar Berbatov has come to the defence of former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Red Devils are undergoing a poor run of form in front of goal, with Ronaldo only scoring one goal in his past eight Premier League games.
United drew a blank against Watford in the Premier League this weekend, drawing 0-0 and dropping more points in the race to finish fourth.
"Everything that he has achieved in football isn't because of luck, he knows what he is doing, and he will know that he will need to produce more at the moment and trust me, that will drive him forward," Berbatov told Betfair on Ronaldo.
"People need to get off his back and let him get on with it."
