Robin Koch is pleased with how Jesse Marsch has changed Leeds United's defensive strategy.
The Whites picked up their first win under Marsch in last weekend's clash with Norwich City.
"The biggest difference is not man-marking anymore," Koch told BBC.
"In the past there was a lot of running. Man v man, reacting all the time to the opponent.
"Now we are more like a team and going through the ball. Sometimes we go with three men to the ball. That's the biggest difference."
