Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is clear to face Tottenham tonight.

Dean Henderson was one of a handful of players to report at The Lowry hotel on Friday night as he was in line to replace the seemingly unavailable De Gea.

However, Henderson left The Lowry on Sunday morning and was recalled to United's Carrington training complex as sources believe De Gea produced a false positive covid test, says the Manchester Evening News.

Henderson, who celebrates his 25th birthday today, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka checked in at The Lowry but the majority of the United squad did not.

Security were present at The Lowry in anticipation of United's arrival but only Henderson, Wan-Bissaka and some coaching staff members arrived. Wan-Bissaka did not leave with Henderson on Saturday morning.

The United squad is expected to have their pre-match meal and meeting at their training ground.
