Kota Kinabalu: The State Local Government and Housing Ministry will continue to work to improve existing policies and legislation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to the public, as well as explore new revenue-generating opportunities for Local Authorities.
Its Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun in his ministerial winding-up speech, said improvements to the Instrument 25 of the Local Authority and the Uniform Building By-Laws are among the laws under the Ministry that have been evaluated and some amendments made.
