Arsenal are prepared to sell Nicolas Pepe this summer.

The Ivorian has showed flashes of brilliance but has generally failed to live up to his £72m price-tag.

Mikel Arteta and Edu are planning on another summer spending spree, but they must find the funds.

The Sun reports that Pepe could be sacrificed and Arsenal are open to offers for the 26-year-old.

Pepe has not started a Premier League game in over six months and Arteta cannot see him breaking into his regular team.

He still has two years of his £140,000-a-week Arsenal contract to run.

It is believed Arsenal would accept £25m for Pepe, a massive loss considering their outlay just three years ago.
