Kota Kinabalu: Sabah issued updated guidelines on Monday for international visitors coming by sea, land, or air through the state's international gateway.

International travellers have the opportunity to have a Covid-19 RTK-Antigen detection test administered by professional health personnel within 24 hours of their arrival at or outside the international gateway.

International "transit" travellers at Malaysia's international gateway outside Sabah are allowed to continue their journey to the state and are given the option to have a Covid-19 RTK-Antigen test by trained health personnel within 24 hours of arrival at or outside the international gateway.

Meanwhile, international "transit" travellers through Singapore who arrive at Sabah's international gateway have the option of having the same test by trained health personnel within 24 hours of their arrival also at or outside the international gateway.
