AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud is happy to act as a "big brother" to the team's young players.

Giroud says he's a fan of Alexis Saelemaekers.

He said, “He knows what I think of him, all the respect I have for him and the talent that he is. We are a squad with a lot of young talent and there is a good chemistry between the younger players and the more experienced players.

“I'm also here to be a brother the younger players can count on. It's important to have youngsters who have a good head on their shoulders and who have some maturity at their age, like Saelemaekers for example.

“It's easier to improve in training with them. And they know where they want to go and they give their best."
