Mutiara GRS-BN Vice President Datin Linda Ewit, who is also its Welfare Bureau Chief, said about 288 packs of Raya cookies would be distributed to the security forces and health workers who are on duty on the first day of Hari Raya.
She hoped the contribution would cheer up the forces and frontliners on duty during the celebration.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor is scheduled to hand over donations from various parties, including state and federal government departments and agencies, government-linked companies (GLCs), women’s associations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), to the security forces and health workers on April 13.
