Kota Kinabalu: A woman in her 50s was saved from an attempted suicide by jumping from the fourth floor of Jubilee Building in Jalan Gaya, here, Wednesday morning.
Members of the public who were present at the scene managed to persuade the woman from doing so.
According to witnesses, the woman was seen buying food at Fook Yuen around 8.30am before attempting to jump from the building an hour later.
It was learnt that the woman from Penampang has been having trouble sleeping for the past two or three days.
Police who arrived later took the woman to the police station for further investigations.
