The Daily Mail says Tunisia are hoping to call-up Valery for their next matches in June.
Valery has represented his native France at under-17 and under-18 sides.
The north African nation hope that the chance to play at a World Cup could sway Valery's decision.
The 23-year-old is eligible to represent Tunisia through his mother.
