Former Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford believes manager Jesse Marsch's approach is similar to predecessor Marcelo Bielsa.
Beckford has claimed that a similarity in 'work ethic' between Marsch and Bielsa is why the American will be successful at Elland Road.
"The philosophy of Jesse Marsch is very similar to Marcelo Bielsa. The work ethic is very similar as well," Beckford told Premier League Productions.
The former Leeds striker admitted that Marsch had to and will continue to make changes, such as to "fix the defence".
But Beckford also noted that it was important that the Whites did not completely depart from what made them strong under Bielsa, "making sure everything aligns well".
