Police tracking down married couple to testify in murder trial

KINABATANGAN - The police here have identified a married couple as potential witnesses in a murder trial set to start at the Sandakan High Court.

Kinabatangan Police Chief Superintendent Dzulbaharin Ismail said the murder trial will start from April 11 to April 14.

He said IPD Kinabatangan's Criminal Investigation Division was tracking down 34-year-old Ana Farhana Musa and her 37-year-old husband, Ismail Santaro.

"The two were last located at the Ladang Bukit Mas, Jalan Jeroco, Hup Seng Plantation Sdn Bhd.

"The two witnesses are asked to come forward to help testify in the case under Section 302 of the Penal Code which will last for four days," he said in a statement on Wednesday.

Dzulbaharin advised the public to contact the investigating officer, Assistant Superintendent Razali Basa at 089-561890 or 019-6217357, or to the nearest police station if they have information regarding the witnesses involved.
