LABUAN: The proposal to issue a Sabah identity card to Sabahans is not a solution to address dubious identity documents, said Warisan Vice President Datuk Jaujan Sambakong.
Instead, he said what was needed is to enhance role of the native courts to verify the origin of the citizenship status applicants.
