Investcorp have employed Goldman Sachs to assist with the purchase of AC Milan.
The Bahrain-based fund have been speaking with Elliott Management about buying Milan over the past fortnight.
Il Sole 24 Ore says Goldman Sachs, the largest US bank specialising in football, is acting as an advisor to the Bahrain fund in the ongoing negotiations with Elliott.
It's also emerged today that Milan will record a loss of €40m for the past year - around half of the previous 12 months.
