American billionaire Todd Boehly was at Stamford Bridge for their Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
Boehly is part of a consortium still in the running to take ownership of the west Londoners.
He jetted into London this week to hold talks with the Blues brass about acquiring the crisis club from sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich.
And he opted to get a taste of what he could be in for as he watched the first leg of Chelsea's Champions League quarter-final tie with Real on Wednesday evening.
Boehly was spotted making his way to Stamford Bridge an hour before kick-off.
